美超微壓線補交財報暫免下市 梁見後老婆下一步賣光持股
去年受財報延後公告亂流衝擊的美超微（Super Micro Computer）財報順利在2月25日期限前「壓線」補交，下市危機暫時宣告解除，同時也催動25日盤後大漲逾2成，緩解股價近期連三跌壓力，但令人驚訝的是，有外媒報導指出，在2月26日現任美超微副總裁、創辦人梁見後的妻子劉秋珠（Sara Liu），賣掉個人價值230萬美元（約台幣7544萬）、4萬6293股的美超微普通股，引發討論。

根據外媒雜誌《Fortune》在1日時指出，在2月26日時，美超微高層向美國證券交易委員會提交出售美超微股票的通知，不過他們卻發現，劉秋珠出清個人名下所有持股，讓其個人持有的美超微股票數量變成0。
該份報導還提到，劉秋珠賣掉價值230萬美元、4萬6293股的美超微普通股，從劉秋珠提交給美國證券交易委員會的資料可以看到，在2月26日時，劉秋珠以每股50.105至50.33美元的價格出售持股。
