大聯大（3702）28日召開董事會，通過以每股現金25元公開收購華經資訊（2468） 51％股權，此次收購完成後，華經將維持其股票上市地位，既有的經營團隊繼續營運。

大聯大財務長暨發言人袁興文表示，收購華經主要著眼於增加策略聯盟夥伴以延伸資通訊供應鏈的服務。

Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments. 

攤開華經歷年財報，營運年年維持穩健獲利。2024年前三季EPS為0.58元，2023年EPS為1.12元，2022年EPS為0.91元，2021年EPS為0.64元，2020年EPS為0.55元，2020年疫情期間，營運仍保有獲利優勢，1997年至今營運保持年年賺錢的紀錄。
