永豐金599億元併京城銀 分行數登民營第一大

金融圈親事再添一樁，傳出求售已久的京城銀行，26日正式宣布嫁入永豐金。永豐金將今日宣布，以現金＋換股收購京城銀行全數股權，換算併購金額約599億元，並在1年內完成整併，合併後不只補足永豐銀在中南部據點，分行總數更達191家，直接超車台北富邦銀行，成為國內最多分行的民營銀行。
永豐金控旗下永豐銀是由台北國際商銀與當時的建華銀行合併，分行以北台灣為主，京城銀行前身是台南企銀，分行多在中南部，也被視為這樁婚事的互補之處。根據央行最新統計，永豐銀在國內有125處分行，京城銀有66處，合併後可達191處。兩家公司也將於2025年3月3日舉行股東臨時會通過此案，完成合併的最後一哩路。
京城銀因大股東京城蔡家第二代、蔡天贊長子蔡炅廷對接棒京城銀興致不高，去年下半年京城銀就有意出售，先經過第一輪非強制出價（non-binding）後再進入第二輪協商階段，傳出包括中信金、開發金（現為凱基金）、永豐金、元大金都有出價，不過多因價格談不攏而觸礁，最後由永豐金談下去，終至開花結果。
