永豐金財務長許如玫說明，50％現金部分，金控將準備舉債，預期在未來兩年以短期舉債方式來支應。

至於對2025年股利發放影響，永豐金總經理朱士廷指出，併購案會等股東臨時會通過才送件，預估轉換會落在2025年第四季，股利不會有影響，強調會讓股東受惠，股利政策不會做太大調整。
