星宇航空（2646）在2月時股價大震盪，短短一週時間就飆漲166%，2月20日更創下50.5元天價，但之後便自高點回落，不少投資人套牢。而星宇高層則是再度傳出賣股，根據公開資訊觀測站資料顯示，星宇有9位主管在3月繼續調節323.5張股票，加計2月也申報賣出329張，合計這2個月共賣出逾650張持股，市場推論，不排除是賣老股要認現金增資股。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles. 星宇2月股價大震盪，不少投資人慘遭套牢，儘管董事長張國煒表示，自己一張股票都沒賣，但2月卻有10位星宇高階主管出脫329張股票，引發市場議論。而根據公開資訊觀測站資料顯示，星宇有9位主管在3月繼續調節323.5張股票，包括星宇公關長聶國維減70張股票，副總連潔誠54張，協理周顯倫30張等。

據了解，星宇日前決議辦理現金增資案，發行2.77億股，每股發行價格18元，認股基準日為5月6日，計畫提撥10%，意即2,770萬股給員工認購，原股東以及員工股款繳款期間為5月12日至6月12日，特定人認股繳款期間為6月13日到29日。

由於目前星宇市價約32.8元，與現增價格仍有14元左右價差，因此，市場推論，星宇高層從2月起相繼賣股，可能是為認增資新股做準備。
