北市府於2023年3月7日召開「都更5箭 台北無限 TAIPEI ON THE WAY」記者會，宣布將推動「降門檻、法放寬、速通關、排障礙、加碼辦」等五項行動措施；其中「法放寬」措施預計將針對山坡地危險建物可更新之法令鬆綁調整一節，民間團體於會後提出疑問，北市府回應如下：

一 優先協助山坡地無地質敏感問題之危險建築都更
 
Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles. Communication and EW applications are examples of applications.
Wideband mobile VHF antennas with frequency ranges of 30 to 88 MHz or 30 to 108 MHz are designed primarily for use in heavy-duty mobile applications.
Typically, the antenna is made up of three major parts: the antenna base, the lower part, and the upper part. Some antennas have two sections, while others have three. The long-lasting antenna base with GPS (optional).
The stainless steel spring absorbs shocks and vibrations while also protecting the antenna from collisions.
Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments. 北市府基於維護坡地之自然環境、水土保持，因此過去訂有規定限制「山限區」及「山坡地」不得辦理都市更新；惟近年來坡地亦有因老舊窳陋致有危害居住及公共安全之危險建物，亟待透過重建改善居住環境，雖可依現行「危老條例」重建，但本市山坡地、山限區範圍內多屬產權難以整合至100％所有權人同意之大型集合住宅，故本次修正台北市都市更新自治條例，協助「山限區」及「山坡地」之海砂屋及耐震能力不足等危險建物，其所在基地無地質敏感之虞者，得由本府透過迅行劃定更新地區方式，得以藉由都市更新條例辦理重建。
 
二 山坡地危險建築都更仍訂有強度、高度之量體規範及優先次序急迫性規定
 
北市府考量坡地環境特性不宜過度開發以及避免影響都市坡地景觀，因此上述建築物於重建時，仍訂有第二種住宅區不得超過21公尺高度限制，建蔽率也依不同使用分區及不同規模訂有40-60％上限規定。綜上，本次修法建立在保障原有居住權益之基礎上，朝防災、減災方向協助改善居住安全，因此針對坡地危險建物更新重建仍訂有強度、高度之量體規範及優先次序急迫性規定，並非全面開放坡地都市更新重建。
 
最後，更新重建成功與否的關鍵在於意願整合，非容積獎勵多寡；雖都市更新條例近年修法放寬容積獎勵的給予，惟北市府致力於推廣正確觀念，針對有更新需求的市民辦理法令說明會，以建立居民間得以溝通之法治基礎，並介接多元更新管道供市民選擇，期加速都市更新之推動。
