啦啦隊女神林襄近日和同為樂天女孩的師妹張雅涵（Kimi），以及味全龍小龍女的霖霖，一同飛往日本輕井澤旅遊，期間更不忘透過社群分享在當地拍攝的各種美照，引發網友各種讚嘆。不過林襄人紅是非多，近期被發現她個人的蝦皮賣場販賣「一般食品」卻標榜有瘦身療效，台北衛生局檢視後，認定違反食安法第28條，可開罰4萬至400萬元。

台北市衛生局近日接獲民眾檢舉，林襄擔任某生醫品牌的品牌總監，在蝦皮賣場也販售其中一款「爆纖錠」，介紹可瘦身，同時說明食用方法及數量，每瓶訂價880元，林襄賣場目前已賣出147瓶、12.9萬元，但這款食品並無健康食品標章，依法不得宣稱療效。

台北市衛生局食藥科指出，林襄販售的「爆纖錠」屬於一般食品，不能宣稱有任何療效，林襄標榜可瘦身已觸犯食安法第28條「食品不得為醫療效能之標示、宣傳或廣告」，經檢視賣場確實有違規問題，可裁罰4萬至400萬元，但若此案是初犯，通常是罰款4萬元。

對此，林襄蝦皮賣場已經緊急將商品下架，林鄉經紀人則說，「對於法規常識不足，日後會更加注意」。
