日本女星三吉彩花，擁有清新脫俗的氣質及高挑身材受到關注，不僅曾演出周杰倫與五月天《說好不哭》MV女主角，近來更在NETFLIX影集《今際之國的闖關者》再度引起關注；而過往曾在節目提到，高中時期還會與父親洗澡、泡澡片段也被挖出，引來熱議。

今年26歲的三吉彩花小學3年級時被星探發掘，隨後加入經紀公司參與演藝活動，其亮麗外表讓她早在12歲的時候就以模特兒身分登上雜誌，之後則轉戰電視、電影圈當起演員，引起關注。
過去她曾在日本節目上透露，爸爸是她理想型的男友，之後挑男朋友會以父親作為標準，因此不會排斥40歲以上的男性；除此之外，2人感情很好，不僅會一起去迪士尼樂園，相處時就像朋友般勾肩搭背，兩人親暱動作一度讓其他演員誤以為是夫妻。

不僅如此，她還透露直到高中，父女倆還會像朋友一樣一起洗澡、泡澡「我還會幫爸爸洗頭髮」，這番話雖然是為了表示父女倆的緊密關係，但也引來網友議論，質疑青春期女生性徵已經明顯，父女共浴真的令人難以接受，且母親怎麼都沒有阻止。
