日本央行意外宣布調高長期利率變動容許幅度的影響淡化，台股今（21）日反彈開高35點站回14200點整數關卡，航運及鋼鐵類股漲幅分別超過2%、3%，指數漲勢擴大到百點以上，最高接近14300點。

航運股也是今日盤面焦點，貨櫃三雄長榮、陽明、萬海漲幅皆超過2%；航空雙雄長榮航、華航漲幅約2%。
