代銷龍頭之一的甲山林旗下愛山林(2540.TW )建設今(9)日舉行法說會，董事長祝文宇表示，「受到升息、選舉等影響，公司銷售額原預計要700億，但目前只有600億，明顯房價攀升太快，導致價量停滯，建商明顯已經吃到苦果。」

他說，今年我們公司原本預估賣700多億，但至今只有600多億，顯然確實已經是到環境情勢衝擊，以帳面上來說，明年因為公司自建案比較多，必須待完工交屋才能認列，看起來會比較差，但那只是假象，因為錢仍是在公司裡面。

祝文宇提到房市現況，「現在市場個案仍還是在動，看起來似乎有些競爭，但供過於求跟供不應求的區域還是有，甲山林選擇的產品都還是有競爭力。」

他提到甲山林今年底到明年推出的大案，「三重先嗇宮的都廳大苑上周才開賣，至今已賣200多戶，這就是市場，大環境買氣停滯，地點好的建案仍是大賣，個案表現不同。新竹宏道新竹帝寶部分，當初買18萬坪，推出5000戶，總銷1000億，因為地點非常好，與竹科相近，小孩都生2~3個，又有錢可以買房子，需求很大，相信還是會賣得不錯。」

他認為，「甲山林是銷售起家，對於景氣掌握相當清楚，只要區域有市場需求，房子就會增值，明年整個台灣經濟不會這麼好，是物價在漲、財富重新分配的時代，房地產就是保值的好產品。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles.
