報導中指出，三星雖然之前已率先實現採用GAA技術量產的3奈米晶片，但受限於低良率，未能成功扭轉代工業務的虧損局面。不過業界人士透露，三星目前正在開發的2奈米良率比之前所知的還要好得多，儘管今年年初2奈米良率僅有20%至30%，但近日有消息傳出，2奈米良率已提升至40%以上。
