清明節連假高速公路湧車流 國5北向建議提早自9時出發

5日為清明節連續假期第3日，交通部預判當日上午重點壅塞路段為國1北向圓山-大華系統；國5北向宜蘭-坪林等路段。高公局統計迄上午5時，國道交通量為5.8百萬車公里，為平日年平均(4.0百萬車公里)的1.5倍；預估全日交通量為120百萬車公里。
高公局指出，目前全國道路況皆正常，截止上午8時交通量為13.3百萬車公里。5日國道交通疏導措施主要為─12-21時封閉國1虎尾、埔鹽系統與國3西濱北向入口、13-18時國5蘇澳、羅東、宜蘭與頭城之北向入口高乘載管制、單一費率、開放路肩、替代道路及匝道儀控等。
為避免用路人塞在路上，交通部高公局對於西部國道北向用路人，建議南部地區於9時前出發，中部地區最好於12時前出發，至於國5北向用路人更儘量提早於上午9時前出發，以節省寶貴時間。
