《其他電》鴻海擴大第三方稽核 2024全球9廠區合規率近9成
鴻海(2317)為落實ESG合法合規，2024年擴大第三方稽核覆蓋範圍，以RBA VAP標準對中國大陸、越南、馬來西亞、印度、墨西哥等地共9個重點廠區展開稽核，結果整體查核合規率達89％，其中越南光州廠區首次稽核即取得銀級證書肯定，分數高於當地業界平均。
鴻海2023年首度展開集團層面第三方稽核，先針對中國大陸及印度廠區執行，為有效確保全球廠區ESG風險，2024年RBA VAP稽查範圍、時間再擴大，以廠區營運複雜度、員工人數及過往第三方稽核紀錄及關注度綜合評估，篩選需加強執行第三方稽核的廠區。

此次年度查核行動耗時半年籌畫與執行，共覆蓋21萬位員工，執行96稽核人天，訪談1067位員工，從稽核勞權（含強迫勞動）、職業安全與衛生、環境、道德、供應鏈管理的管理系統等面向全面稽查。
綜合本次查核結果，鴻海在勞權、職業安全與衛生、環境、道德面向皆無重大優先級缺失，供應鏈管理面向則因當地外包廠商工作超時，列出1個優先級缺失，目前已優化改善完成，並將持續強化供應鏈ESG管理面向。
