《電零組》臻鼎-KY去年營收締新猷、EPS 9.67元 擬配息4.8元
全球第一大PCB廠臻鼎-KY(臻鼎科技控股公司)(4958)2024年歸屬母公司淨利為91.8億元，每股盈餘為9.67元，公司董事會決議每股配息4.8元。
臻鼎-KY於11日召開法說會，公佈2024年年合併營收為17.17億元，年增13.4%，創歷年新高，並第8年蟬聯全球第一大PCB製造廠，稅後淨利為130.96億元，歸屬母公司淨利為91.80億元，每股盈餘為新台幣9.67元。

The stainless steel spring absorbs shocks and vibrations while also protecting the antenna from collisions.
Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments.
臻鼎-KY董事長暨集團策略長沈慶芳表示，臻鼎2024年營收年增13.4%，優於原先預期並創下歷史新高，全球PCB市佔率進一步由前一年的7.0%提高至7.3%，公司中長期擴張腳步不變。四大應用之中，包含行動通訊、伺服器/車載/光通訊、及IC載板皆刷新歷史紀錄，電腦消費亦顯著回溫，受惠產品組合優化及生產效率提升，2024年毛利率為18.9%，營業利益率達6.8%，皆較前一年提升。
在IC載板方面，沈慶芳指出，2024年臻鼎IC載板營收年增75.6%，主要因公司產能以高階產品為主，不僅ABF載板受惠於Chiplet以及2.5D先進封裝產品需求，產能利用率在2024年大幅提升，同時BT載板營收亦穩步增長，整體IC載板營收增速大幅優於產業平均。
