中國商人汪小菲在今年與台灣網紅馬筱梅（Mandy）結婚，先前也在直播中鬆口婚禮會選明年5月份，在汪小菲老家北京舉辦，兩人目前也積極備孕中，豈料近日馬筱梅卻傳出餵養流浪狗的時候不慎遭到咬傷，即使打了5針還是堅持上工直播。
馬筱梅近期積極從事慈善活動，日前她到一家流浪狗的收容所贈送狗糧，沒想到狗狗一看見馬筱梅手中雞胸肉興奮朝她擠過來，餵食過程中馬筱梅不幸被咬傷，隨即立刻到醫院打狂犬疫苗，馬筱梅提到當時打了5針，因為太痛了還忍不住落淚。
汪小菲透露馬筱梅打完針沒多久之後就發燒，情況讓他相當心疼，婆婆張蘭聞訊則囑咐她要多休息，消息曝光之後，網友反應兩極，有人留言處開酸，「沒辦法嫁給假富豪，被狗咬還要直播工作」、「除了活該還能怎麼說」，但有人認為馬筱梅非常有愛心。
