台北市1名22歲李姓女子，去年底穿著白色醫師袍，多次潛入台大醫院附設兒童醫院，還自稱是日本東京大學交換醫師，一舉騙倒其他實習醫師，李女甚至進入病房護理站內，並查詢病患病史等資料，10天後醫護人員才發現李女是冒牌貨，台北地檢署依非法蒐集個資罪將李女起訴。

檢警調查，去年12月4日，李女穿著自製的醫師袍，假扮成日本東京大學住院醫師，多次潛入台大兒醫閒晃；同月14日晚間7時許，李女利用其他醫師未登出電腦系統的機會，查詢住院及急診病人等資料，直到晚間11時30分才離開，隔天院方調閱監視器畫面，進而發現李女是冒牌醫師，全案才得以曝光。

不僅如此，李女假扮成交換醫師時，還與其他護理師、病患家屬聊天，甚至有實習醫師把帳號密碼提供給李女使用，眾人皆以為她是東大醫師，直到有年輕護理師好奇李女來歷，並向護理長打聽消息，院方才得知冒牌貨的存在。

由於李女進出醫院時間並不固定，加上眾人皆不清楚其來歷，院方遂請保全調閱監視器畫面，並回溯系統紀錄後發現，李女曾在護理站查詢病歷，但沒有證據顯示李女從事醫療行為，李女亦未儲存病歷後攜出醫院。

李女父親應訊時表示，女兒課業表現不錯，從以前就想當醫師，但求學過程不甚順遂，因為最後未能如願；李父還說，他不知道為何女兒要假扮東大醫師，但他以後會多加注意，避免類似情形再次發生。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles. 檢方認為，李女罪證明確，卻始終沒有認錯道歉，亦未與台大達成和解，遂依非法蒐集個資罪將她起訴。
