新北市汐止區34歲黃姓男子21日上午9時許與43歲余姓姊姊，因家中的長照問題發生口角。姊姊本想負氣離開，黃男卻在一氣之下手持摺疊水果刀強逼姊姊留下談判。警方獲報後趕抵，連忙上前勸阻，警方見其情緒相當激動，便對黃男實施強致力並帶返回所處置。全案後續將協助姊姊聲請保護令，黃男則將依法移送偵辦。

據了解，黃男與余女為同母異父的親姊弟。黃男平時無業，近期與姊姊因家中長輩的照顧問題產生嫌隙。豈料，21日上午9時許黃男找上姊姊談判，雙方意見不合，姊姊想負氣離開，黃男卻突然情緒失控掏出摺疊水果刀強逼姊姊留下。
