貸款違約遭降評 房地產公司Avison Young最快26日重組
房地產服務公司Avison Young 25日表示，在定期貸款違約導致該公司評級遭標普全球評級（S ＆ P Global Ratings）下調至「SD」（選擇性違約）後，他們預計最快將於26日宣布進行重組以重整資產負債表的消息，同時也向評級機構標普報告最新進度。
